Red Carpet: MET 2010 Looks

A huge collage of the Benefit Gala hold May the 3rd 2010 at the Costume Institute to celebrate the opening of the “American Woman: Fashionising a National Identity” exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York. Above six guests that have chosen a Burberry total look. And they all look great and really elegant.
Below the pics of other outfits that I like best. With a special mention for Alexa Chung, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Chloé Sevigny that look somehow “different”.
And the last collage is dedicated to the looks that I like less. I find Katy Perry really embarassing in her kitsch pink neon dress. And to me Doutzen Kroes looks like a ten-years-old girl in her fairy or princess costume… Which are your favourite looks and the ones you like less? Of course you may have the opposite opinion to mine, that’s the fun in fashion. At the end of the post a list with (all?) the guests and the designers they were wearing. I have marked the celebs shown in my collages.

  7. Kristen Stewarts look is actually my favourite (I saw a more flattering picture of her on some other blog).
Taylor Swift looks extremely boring and Karolina Kourkova's dress looks more like a curtain.
