A Pastel Autumn

Once you make a decision the universe conspires to make it happen“, said Ralph Waldo Emerson. And I love to think it’s true. I’ve found more mantras and positives vibes in Garance Doré’s new book Love x Style x Life. It looks as good as a coffee table book but I’m happy that there is much more in it than just lovely pictures. I preordered the book and it has arrived a few days ago. It’s one of those books I’m sure I will reach to from time to time when I’m in search (lack) of inspiration.

On the beauty side there’s a new staple for my face routine: [comfort zone] Sublime Skin Serum. That stuff is great, no silicons and 92% natural ingredients and it works great as a serum-base but also as a moisturizer before foundation. I’ve been using it for more than a month and it’s truly one of the best serums for my (30plus) skin. & Other Stories came out with a new Lip Primer Pot, with a cute retro packaging, it’s supposed to be a primer but of course it works great also simply as lip balm. Another new in from & Other Stories is the nailpolish in Blunt Grey, a blue-greyish shade that’s not too pastel and not too er.. grey.

Delicate necklaces are the new statement necklaces. Said… well I think it. And geometric-jewellery is even better. I’m wearing Delicate Joined Circle Necklace and Delicate Eternal Love Statement Necklace by Happiness Boutique. In case you think that statement necklace should make a bit more of a statement check out more of their less minimal necklaces and earrings.
