Revlon Love Is On. A new name for a make up brand with an glorious past.
Even Audrey Hepburn has been a face of the brand.
I had the chance to try a few of their products and here are my four “top” products.

Testimonial Revlon sono state Claudia Schiffer e Cindy Crawford, Emma Stone che è l’attuale volto, ma anche Audrey Hepburn ha posato per una campagna (lo ignoravo!).

Ho avuto la possibilità di provare diversi prodotti della gamma Revlon e questi si sono classificati come i miei “top” quattro.

1. Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy – Smalti

Smalti che non contengono formaldeide, toluene, né DBP – ovvero la triade “no grazie non voglio unghie tossiche” – e già questo mi ha entusiasmato subito.

Secondo entusiamo: non hanno bisogno della base. Si applicano direttamente sull’unghia senza lasciare giù colore quando togliamo lo smalto. Il Top Coat Diamond è di nuova formulazione e rende il colore davvero brillante (o diamante? eheh). Per quanto riguarda la durata è buona. Io non arrivo in ogni caso mai a più di 3 giorni con uno smalto “normale”.

Con 7.90 Euro direi che il prezzo è ottimo per la qualità.These Revlon nailpolishes don’t contain formaldehyde and other toxic stuff which is a big plus.
They come in a lot of bright colours. You don’t need to apply a base and they won’t stain your nails. The new Diamond Top Coat works really well.
For the price they have they’re top quality!

2. Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm – Balsamo Labbra

Questo matitone per labbra è già molto amato sul web. Citato come dupe
di altri fratelli più ricchi e costosi. Ha un leggero profumo di
menta (io non amo troppo la menta ma comunque non dura a
lungo). Perfetto per le labbra on the go. Quando c’è bisogno di qualcosa
di più leggero del rossetto. Il colore che vedete in foto è il 205.Revlon Colorburst balm is a beauty bloggers’ fave. I read a lot of reviews of it.
So having the chance to try it myself I can confirm its hype.
Perfect balm ti apply when you want some colour on your lips but lighter than a real lipstick.

3. Revlon ColorStay Foundation – Fondotinta

Questo fondotinta è uno dei bestseller di Revlon. Che è appena stato lanciato con la nuova confezione con il dispenser. A grande richiesta pare (e direi!). La comprenza mi sembra medio-alta. Ultimamente mi sono abituata a fondotinta più light ma l’effetto non è comunque pastoso. Non eccedete però.

Io ho il colore 220 Natural Beige ed è perfetto. Ma ci sono ben 12 tonalità tra cui scegliere.One of Revlon’s bestsellers.
This foundation comes in 12 shades. It has a good coverage. I would say a medium to full.
Now it comes with a new punp packaging which is always a plus.

4. Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick – Rossetti HD
Questo è l’ultimo arrivato in casa Revlon. Un rossetto pieno e brillante ma dalla consistenza superleggera. Non contiene cere e quindi “si attacca” alle labbra in maneira diverso. Difficile da spiegare, è come avere colore intensissimo ma con l’effetto di un gel.
Chi ama i rossetti dai colori intensi penso proprio che lo apprezzerà. Profuma di vaniglia e mango (il profumo è piuttosto intenso!).Qui gli swatches degli Ultra HD e

They have a strong vanilla-mango scent (which I love but maybe not everyone does).
