Diario del viaggio in Giappone | Kyoto

I hope you had followed my Instagram so you already know (and have seen a lot of live photos!) that I have been to Japan. For the second time.
We loved Tokyo so much last June that we decided to visit Japan another time, for more days and during cherry blossom season.
Three things about sakura time in Kyoto and Tokyo. It is absolutely beautiful.
But it is also very crowded.
We booked our flights and hotels six months in advance.
And everywhere you go there’s someone taking a photo, a selfie, an Instagram, whatever, of the pink and white blossoms. Like every 10 seconds. I guess Japanese cherry blossoms are the most photographed flowers ever. Red carpet flowers.
But let’s get through more of my Kyoto photos. We stayed there for 4 days.
Kyoto – Gyon District
The old part of the city.

Rokuon-Ji Temple – The Golden Pavillon
 Fujimi-Inari Shrine
More Gyon District and Cherry Blossoms
