Milan Fashion Week: My Streetstyle Pics

Yesterday I had my first experience as a Streetstyle Fashion Blogger. I spent the afternoon with Paola Toia, a journalist of the Italian fashion magazine Donna Moderna web’s edition (my post for the site can be found here, but sorry it is only in Italian) and 7 fantastic Italian Bloggers: Marianna, Irene, Nicoletta, Stefania, Valentina, Nicole and Giorgia. Together with some of them we stood in front of the entrance of Armani’s fashion show to take pictures. It was a really nice experience. Although I am not a photographer and I did not have the right camera to take good pictures. I was impressed by the amount of “professional” photographers and I must admit that rather than the outfits or “fashion celebrities” I was happy to see some of my favorites streetstyle bloggers “live”, like The Sartorialist, Caroline and Tamu from All the Pretty Birds (I have to apologize with her for my bad picture: she is so pretty and has such a great style, but unfortunately it is the only pic that I have). Not being a professional I missed the shots of Anna Wintour (but she nearly ran), Rachel Zoe and Kate Lanphear (I have a “fantastic” image of her hair and neck…).

There was also another unexpected emotion for me: a photographer who asked to take pictures of … me! But I was so euphoric and embarrassed that I forgot to ask her for whom she was taking the pics, so I think that I will never see them. The photogapher is the girl with the yellow beanie in my Anna Dello Russo’s pic. If someone knows who she is please let me know! What do you say? You can’t see her face? Yes, I know… I just feel so Bridget Jones. Two other photographers took pictures of my Chloé studded boots. My feet are very proud to (maybe) appear on a foreign edition of Grazia. I do not know which one. Of course!

Ieri ho avuto la mi prima esperienza come Streetstyle Fashion Blogger. Ho passato il pomeriggio insieme a Paola Toia della redazione web di Donna Moderna (il mio post per il sito lo trovate qui) e a 7 fantastiche bloggers: Marianna, Irene, Valentina, Stefania, Nicoletta, Nicole e Giorgia. Insieme ad alcune di loro siamo state davanti all’entrata della sfilata di Armani a scattare foto. E’ stata un’esperienza decisamente divertente. Anche se io non sono una fotografa, né avevo la fotocamera adatta a scattare questo tipo di immagini. Sono rimasta impressionata dalla quantità di fotografi “professionisti” presenti e devo ammettere che più che dai look e dai “volti noti della moda” sono stata colpita proprio dal vedere live alcuni dei fotografi di streetstyle più conosciuti sul web e che più apprezzo come The Sartorialist, Caroline e Tamu di All the Pretty Birds (devo scusarmi con lei per la mia foto che non le rende affato giustizia: lei è molto carina e con uno stile eccellente, ma purtroppo è l’unica che avevo). Non essendo proprio una professionista mi sono lasciata scappare anche gli scatti di Anna Wintour (che però quasi correva), Rachel Zoe e Kate Lanphear. Di quest’ultima sono riuscita a fare solo una fantastica foto della sua nuca e dei suoi capelli che vi risparmio.
Devo dire che per me c’è stata anche un’altra emozione del tutto inaspettata: una fotografa che ha chiesto di poter immortalare… me! Ovviamente annebbiata dall’euforia e dall’imbarazzo mi sono dimenticata di chiederle per chi stava fotografando dunque penso che non mi rivedrò mai, sob. La fotografa è la ragazza con il cappellino giallo nella mia foto di Anna Dello Russo, se magari qualcuno sa chi è per favore me lo faccia sapere! Come dite? Non si vede la sua faccia? Eh lo so… mi sento molto Bridget Jones. Altri due fototografi invece hanno ritratto i miei stivaletti borchiati di Chloé. I miei piedi sono molto orgogliosi di poter apparire (forse) su un’edizione straniera di Grazia. Non so quale. Ovviamente!

  6. ahah io e te le uniche con la fotocamera digitale sfigatella xD , devo dire che i risultati non sono per niente male =D anzi! Ma non ti preoccupare! Io ci vivo di figuraccie alla Bridget Jones XD è stato un piacere conoscerti! Speriamo in una prossima iniziativa! =)
