Inspiration: Maxi Coats

About ten years ago there has been a winter in which I wore an extra long Kookai coat for almost the whole season. With black military boots. And someone gave me a black faux fur hat as a present from Russia. By wearing the three items together some friends started calling me “Dr. Zhivago’s Lara”. I still have that coat in my closet, I still love it, although I think I never wore it again. And nobody called me “Lara” anymore. Hmm, fortunately I suppose!

C’è stato un anno, qualche lustro fa, nel quale ho indossato praticamente per tutto l’inverno un cappotto di Kookai nero lungo fino ai piedi. Con gli anfibi. Mi avevano regalato anche un colbacco di pelo finto nero preso in Russia. Quando indossavo il tris di elementi qualche amico cominciò a chiamarmi “Lara del Dottor Zivago”. Ce l’ho ancora quel cappotto nell’armadio, mi piace ancora, anche se non l’ho più indossato. E nessuno mi ha più chiamata “Lara”. Per fortuna oserei dire!

    I don't like maxi coat, i prefer shor coats actually. But if you like your coat, it doesn't care what people say:)

  4. io ne ho ben tre! uno nero, che era di mia mamma da giovane, uno marrone sempre di mia mamma e uno color glicine! li adoro solo che senza tacchi non mi ci vedo e li trovo anche poco pratici per tutti i giorni perchè sono ingombranti da morire!
