P.S. I’m really sorry with all my non-Italian readers that I haven’t translated into English yesterday’s (long) post. It was about an Italian debate that we’re having on the web right now, after that an article, concerning fashion bloggers, was published on a newspaper. Some people, bloggers and journalists just can’t deal with the fact that a few (a very few!) outfit bloggers made a job out of their hobby and can earn money with that. For them they’re just some stupid girls doing superficial things. I don’t know how it goes in your countries… but there’s a lot of unmotivated hate here. I think that we all can cohabit togehter: fashion journalists or bloggers that are more prepared and give a more in-depth view about fashion and bloggers that are more focused on photos and the styling aspects. But so many people just don’t accept that. I just wanted to share my opinion on this subject but – as frustratring as it might be – my writing skills are so much better in my own language and I don’t wanted to share a “low profile” English version and translation of what I had written. I’m sorry!

  6. Thanks for your clarification on yesterday's discussion. Too bad there's so much hate. I wish we could just respect each other. I think it's a great thing that bloggers such as Chiara Ferragni have managed to turn their hobby into their daily job. I can only respect that!

  8. Thanks for sharing though what you wrote about. I guess fashion bloggers are an easy target, and maybe there's friction because they feel threatened by bloggers' presence and influence they have on the consumer. I agree with you though, there's really no need to hate, everyone is in it for the sake and beauty of fashion….
