How to Wear Birkenstock this Year

I won’t say “you rather love or hate them” (since that’s the way half of the posts I lately read on Birkenstocks starts). And I won’t say they’re in fashion again this summer after Céline made her furry sandals (since I’m quite sure you already read even about that). But I will show you how to wear Birken this Summer: with minimal, monochromatic looks. Preferably in black and/or white. Loose trousers, strap tops and boyish shirts.
Which I have to say looks totally different (read better) than wearing Birkenstocks with maxi floral skirts, braids and canvas bags… (don’t do that, please!)
Non vi dirò “o li si ama o li si odia” (perché così inizia la metà dei post che ho letto di recente sui sandali Birkenstock). Non vi dirò neanche che quest’anno sono tornati “di moda” per merito (o per sfortuna, vedete voi) delle ciabattine pelose di Céline (perché probabilmente sapete già anche questo). Vi dirò invece che quest’estate – sempre causa Céline – si indossano così: con look minimalistici e monocromatici, preferibilmente in bianco e nero. Pantaloni morbidi, top con le spalline sottili, camicie maschili.
Devo dire tutto sommato ben altro risultato che i Birken indossati con la gonnellona a fiori, le trecce e la borsa di stoffa…

  1. No, io comunque non mi capacito della loro esistenza. O del fatto di farsi volutamente fotografare con 'ste cose ai pedi.

  7. a mi piacciono proprio ammetto, abbinate così e devono anche essere comode immagino (non le ho mai provate) quindi ben venga ma non penso le comprerei…
