Dedicated To: Christopher Kane Resort 2011

As I child I really loved to order pencils, paper clips, whatever by the shade of their color (was it a serious problem?). So I should have become one of those people that sort all the items of their closet by color. But it didn’t happend, there’s total mess in my closet! Anyhow, when I saw this resort collection by Christopher Kane I couldn’t resist making a collage sorting it by color. And I really enjoyed doing it 😀 Usually I’m not a even fan of prints in bright colors but looking at this collection I’ve definitely changed my mind!

Da piccola mi divertivo un sacco a ordinare per tonalità di colore matite, graffette, qualsiasi cosa… (patologia grave?). Visti i precedenti sarei dovuta diventare una di quelle persone che ha tutti i capi nell’armadio ordinati per colore. Invece no, lì casino totale. Però con questa collezione di Christopher Kane non ho resistito al richiamo del collage suddiviso per tonalità, è stato proprio gustoso assemblare queste immagini. Anche perché trovo meravigliosi gli abiti. E di solito non sono neanche un’amante delle stampe a colori brillanti. Ma questa collezione mi ha proprio fatto cambiare idea!

  10. @Lovethefabric: I use Photoshop for my collages. I think it depends on your blog settings if the image appears small on your page…
