(My) Milan Fashion Week from a Different Point of View

“Let’s take a group selfie.

Here, stand here. No, move on the right. Yes, perfect.

A sandwich and a glass of Prosecco. Served by kind waiters. Nameless and faceless.

Waiting. For a fashion show.

Waiting. To shoot street style.

There is she! There!

An elderly couple. Wearing cheap coats. They look poor. It’s obvious they are not attending the show. They say something to the PR that I can’t understand. She answers: “I do not know if I can do this now.” What did they asked for? Food?

This is the story of my two days of Fashion Week in Milan. Moments, shots and memories. And my first attempt at street photography. Not street style photography. Perhaps a more melancholic approach. More introspective.
